This is the worst Dunks. They never make a coffee correctly. There's only one lady that works there that can get it right I wish I knew her name because she deserves a raise. Others this place sucks!
Staff are friendly and that is great. However, I truly dislike being ripped off even if it is only small change. Six donuts at $0.99 each adds up to $5.94 - or you could buy their SPECIAL of 6 donuts for $5.99. Ridiculous.
The staff is very nice. But whoever thought to put a chocolate frosted donut face down in a paper bag in July is not the brightest person. I was also missing 2 orders of hash browns really ? It was not even busy !
Slow down and get things right the first time ! Ugh..
SOOOOOOO SLOWWWWWWW ...MY SONS TURTLE COULD DO IT QUICKER ..... AND ALWAYS WRONG AFTER WAIT 15-20 mins for a SIMPLE HOT COFFEE AND AN ICE COFFEE !! Need PUT PEP IN THERE STEP FOR SURE !!
Where to start about this dunkin donuts. I am surprised people still go here. Rude service and they always seem to mess up orders. I do not recommend. But I do recommend corporate send in a few secret shoppers. Their coffee is also horrible. It has no taste, I feel like it’s just cream and water.
